We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategic Planner with a strong communication background. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to unearth simple, straight-to-the-point key messages from a vast amount of data. This role requires a deep understanding of clients’ needs and constraints, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret large volumes of data to identify key insights and trends.
Develop clear, concise, and impactful key messages that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Create strategic plans that effectively communicate these key messages to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including New Business, Project Management, and Creative departments, to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans.
Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

Proven experience as a Communication Strategist or in a similar strategic role.
Strong background in communication, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable messages.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify key insights.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and sell strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience working with institutions and understanding their specific needs and constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Explore and contribute to the development of new strategic tools and approaches that will strengthen strategic capacity and collective expertise at GOPA Com.
